How are we doing this?

The pandemic has placed severe demands on us all but as your preferred dental provider we always keep you and your safety in mind.

Indeed the pandemic has introduced, ‘the new normal’ but with this we remind all patients that it is imperative that we stay healthy. 

In addition to our treatment room sterilization and all other protocols we follow to keep both you, our staff and members of the community safe, remember you also have a responsibility to follow protocols and inform us if you are displaying symptoms or think you have been exposed to the virus in any way.

On our end we will continue to use pre-screening measures, we will facilitate the rescheduling of appointments if anyone had been compromised and while we provide soap, sanitizing hand gel and single-use towels, we will continue to routinely sterilize all our non-treatment facilities.

What Is Patient Screening?

Our patient screening will occur in two stages- over the phone when we confirm your date and time, and when you arrive at the practice. This is what we would like to know:

•   Have you been hot or feverish within the past 14-21 days?
•   Do you have a fever or have you had one recently?
•   Do you experience shortness of breath or any breathing difficulties?
•   Do you have a cough?
•   Are you displaying any cold symptoms, hoarse voice, fatigue, or headache?
•   Any you experiencing any flu-like symptoms like stomach/intestinal upset?
•   Recently, have you noticed a loss of taste or smell?
•   We’ll also ask if we may take your temperature.
